Ferry Landing – Sanibel Florida
This island retreat was the perfect getaway for a couple who split their time in New York City and Santa Fe. Purchased in 2016, this beach home on the shores of San Carlos Bay had all kinds of great potential. The vision was clear in that the home was to be the quintessential beach home where relaxed luxury would reign and sandy toes would be welcome. Every square inch of this home was restored with not an ounce of walls not covered in wood and the character of the past was honored and some new traditions were added by the careful collaboration of Dawn Hillman and Bruce & Gina Worth.
